Samsung Galaxy S View Cover Folio

I bought this from Best Buy before they became available to order on Amazon. It came to just over $60, but it is worth every penny. I have ordered flip cases from Amazon for my other phones and for friends. Up until now, the most I've paid was $13.00 for a GS3 and $6 for a Galaxy Note. These cases don't compare - they may say "Samsung" on them, but given the build quality of this flip case, I'm fairly certain that they were not actually the official cases. This case feels sturdy and very quality made.

This case has a nifty feature that lets you see through a little window to let you know what time it is and check out notifications. This is quite handy when driving at night and instead of your phone illuminating the entire car, you just get to see the important stuff and are less likely to get pulled over or distracted. Also, whenever you flip open the case, the phone automatically wakes up. It is very natural feeling, you may even forget that there is a sleep/wake button. The flip cover is weighted pretty well - it has to be because if it doesn't close the whole way, you don't get the window or auto wake feature. You can also answer or ignore calls through the window.

It does seem to add more weight and thickness than I had hoped, but not so much that the phone becomes unwieldy.

Rubberized Samsung A927 Flight II

I purchased this unit compared to the Belkin Aircast (bluetooth version). It's usually about $20 cheaper and I've been impressed with the quality of Kinivo products. First off, you need an auxiliary input on your device (car stereo's too). This is similar to a headphone jack except a headphone jack is an audio output (not input). Also...something to keep in mind, in particular for automobiles, is that your input will have to be switched to AUX. Some auto's do this automatically, however, if you are listening to a CD or AM/FM/XM, don't expect an automatic switch over to AUX, unless your cars does this. (I don't know any that do.) I use this with a 2012 LX model Honda Civic that didn't come with Bluetooth and it works well. I mounted mine right by the radio. You can't even see it in the dark. However, there is an annoying blue light that flashes every once in a while to let you know it's connected. I find it annoying...others may not. I'm thinking of marking over it with a Sharpie Marker. The ability to stream audio is awesome and you can forward Pandora songs without fumbling for a phone. This is one of those items that you purchase where you feel like you are getting your money's worth!

Security Recorder Resolution 1280x720 chargers

I have had my AC Wall USB charging station camera system up and running for about a week now, and so far so good! Installation really is a breeze, no installation whatsoever is needed, plus I don't have to worry about wireless radiation. The unit arrived within 3 days after I ordered. This self-contained camera, recorder, motion detector, voice recorder, and 3 USB charger is so convenient to use. It replaces most of my wall charger for my cell phone and digital camera. The camera has perfect reception and the viewing resolution unbelievably records in high resolution. I'm able to play the video in full screen without pixelation tile effect. It's better than I expected. Also there are three adjustable motion detection settings for bigger or longer area which is accessed through the USB cable provided. I tested the motion detection once and it worked perfectly. It looks like it has some buffering because it records even before the motion is detected. I will do more extensive testing at a later date, but so far it seems to work well day and night.

I am very happy with this setup. I will say that this unit fits clean and tidy in our house. It's very discrete. You can plug it in to an AC outlet and start using it immediately. The opening is not visible at all. If you don't know it's a hidden camera, you won't even know the lens opening no matter how closely you look at it - it's that discrete! One thing I like about this unit is that it requires no batteries. It runs from power in the AC outlet.

- Motion activated which is good because it won't unnecessarily use up the 32GB memory by recording empty walls when no one is in the room.

- Easy set up. Actually, it doesn't require any set up at all. I just plug it to the wall outlet and the system starts recording when we move around the room.

- Decent video quality. It's HD, the file is showing 1280x720 resolution. You can program this to lower resolution if you want a week of motion recording before it erase the old one. I haven't tried a lower resolution recording yet to check how many days it would hold the video. It's clear enough to know what's going on. Not too grainy as some of the other devices I have tried. Overall, pretty good for this price.

Knightmare City Knight Friction ebook

Was this exactly what I hoped, wanted it to be. Yes, yes it was. It delivered in spades. This time Ben, with his personal demons nipping at his heels, walks out on Marcus. Marcus is devastated. Wait, what! that's were it ends. Just like the old fashioned pulp series, stay tuned for the next installment. Once again, this is a gritty story, story packed to the brim. I don't think I took a breath till it said to be continued.

2. A way to quickly charge my Kindle Fire HD 8.9".

I think I found both things in this Astro3E.

The Astro3E has a battery level indicator, in the form of four lights on the front. You press the middle button, and the number of lights that light up correspond to the charge level. You charge the battery by using a micro-USB to USB cable, and plug the USB cable into a USB-AC adapter (or into a charging port on your computer, but this is a much slower way of charging generally speaking). The lights on the Astro3E blink when the battery is charging, to indicate the charge status, and the lights go out completely when the battery is full.

To charge devices with the battery, plug the device into one of the USB ports on the bottom of the battery, then press the middle button to begin charging. The two ports are labeled "Apple" and "Android" respectively. I don't have any Apple devices, so I haven't actually been able to find any difference between the two ports.

Anker sells two different external batteries with the same capacity, 10,000mAh: the Anker� Astro3 and the Anker� Astro3E. Here are the main differences, according to Anker customer support on Amazon:

"1, Astro3 can only be charged via AC adapter,while Astro3E can be charged via USB port of Laptop/PC/wall charger.
2, The maximum current of Astro3 is 2A,while Astro3E is 3A.
3, Astro3 has a DC output(9V~12V) which can charge some cameras,while Astro3E only have USB output(5V)."

So, in my words:

Nine West Balboa Medium Black

Just received this must bag in the mail, and man is it great! It's so huge and roomy, with a moveable divider to keep your mutes from denting each other, and the padding is so thick and soft, just what you need to protect your nice metal trombone mutes. I was able to fit in my Tom Crown cup mute, Jo-Ral straight mute, Stonelined straight mute, Stonelined bucket mute, and a toilet plunger. Heck, if I owned a pixie mute, it would fit in there with room too!

It comes with a luggage tag, and a shoulder strap too for ease of carrying. There's also a big front zippered section on the outside of the bag, perfect for holding your various trombone supplies.

I'm not sure if I would recommend this bag to bass trombone players, as those mutes are massive. I'm not sure if you could fit more than two bass trombone mutes in it, but I don't own any, so I can't say.

I wish that someone else had reviewed this bag before me, because if they had, I would have ordered it a few years ago when I started needing mutes on a regular basis. Protect really should have given some dimensions or a better description of the bag at the very least. It's a great bag, and I don't see why any trombone player needing to carry mutes would be without it!

Just received this must bag in the mail, and man is it great! It's so huge and roomy, with a moveable divider to keep your mutes from denting each other, and the padding is so thick and soft, just what you need to protect your nice metal trombone mutes. This is just a great little device that allows me to receive and place calls on two separate lines with Google Voice accounts. I use this for just that -- so I can't comment on some of the fancier capabilities of this little gem of a device. I have one line dedicated as a business line and my business phone is connected to the first port. The other line is for our house phone and thus the base unit for that phone is connected to the second port. We have several satellite phones around the house that also feed into that base phone wirelessly.

Just like that we've replaced a 35-40 dollar monthly phone bill (which didn't even include long distance!) for about a 75 dollar flat fee. Of course it won't stay free if Google Voice starts charging (as most believe they will), but I can't believe it will be anywhere near our old costs.

I'm somewhat technically inclined and the whole setup and configuration went smoothly. I'm guessing this would be more daunting for someone with no technical know-how whatsoever. For those folks, I suggest using your "phone a friend" option as we all tend to know at least one person with some moderate tech savvy.

Pros:
+ Just sit your device on the device and voila, charging.
+ Can charge in portrait or landscape view
+ Exhibition mode which is like a fancy screen saver. When the tablet "sleeps" on the tablet you can show a clock, calendar, a pretty cool facebook app, and whatever exhibition app that you can find in the app catalog.
+ Dock can be adjusted for best viewing angle
+ It charges while the case is still on. It seems like it can penetrate through thick layers (thicker cases, or the cover flipped open) and still charges the device.

Cons:
- I wish it were more mobile. The cord has a usb on one end to plug into a power supply, but the other end is stuck to the charger. I can't just remove the plug and take the dock with me to work and then plug it into a different cord there.
- With the case on and open, it can sometimes slide off the charger. Not slide off in a manner that'll fall to it's death, but slide off to the point where it's not charging anymore. Rarely happens though.
- Tablet only charges with the camera at the top, or the camera is on the left. In other words, there's 4 ways to place the tablet on the charger, but only 2 of them will actually charge it. To a new user, it's not obvious which way is right-side up, so they could set it upsidedown, and it's not gonna charge.

Microcell Wireless Cellular Booster Antenna

I've used a lot of different bluetooth headsets. I have had a bad habit of losing them (they're so small). I had been a devout user of the Motorola H17 for the past two years. In price to performance I thought it was the best bang for your buck. Recently though, I've had a hard time finding quality replacements and not refurbishments with crappy battery life. So, after ordering replacement after replacement and several returns I decided to try out the newer Motorola H730 due to the good reviews. Thankfully, I have not been disappointed.

Design/Comfort: 8/10
+ The H730 is a little large, heavier, and thus more conspicuous than the H17, but it's not as large or heavy as many of the Plantronics Voyager models I've used. Unlike the H17, the hook for the H730 fits comfortably around the ear and the device feels very snug. The speaker does not protrude and lies flat against your ear, but because it's made of plastic and there aren't any custom fitted gel pads for the device it can get uncomfortable at times during long rides (no worse than many over the ear headphones). Both, the H730 and H17 use a flip boom design to turn on the device and I'm big fan of that. Since, the H730 is noticeably larger than the H17 flipping the boom on the H730 to answer a call sometimes requires you to push the device slightly away from your face to open. It's not as seamless as it was using the H17 because the boom is longer. Either way, if you haven't used a flip boom headset before I think you'd prefer it.

Use: 9/10

+ Both, the H730 and H17 use a voice prompt notification system. It removes the guesswork and frustration of having to count blinking lights, beeps, or gauge whatever offish color the OEM uses to indicate the battery level. It tells you the level and which phone is connected whenever you flip the boom to turn on the device. It can get annoying at times if you're walking just outside the range for the connection and it keeps talking over and over. I've had this happen when paired with two devices that conflicted with each other. The range on the device is very good and in the top tier of BT headsets I've used. I easily achieve a range of about 20 feet in most circumstances. It can be more or less dependent on other external factors.

+ Noise cancellation is good, but not as good as it was for H17 because of the dual mic placement. I've rode with the down on the highway and once I rode with the top down inside a convertible going about 40MPH on non-windy day and I was still able to be understood using the H17. The H730 doesn't work as well with the windows rolled down if the wind is blowing too hard from a certain direction going 25MPH. The H730 doesn't do as good of a job blocking background noise, but it's still far better than those without any noise cancellation.

Overall, I'd rate this a 9/10. For the price, I think it was an excellent purchase. Buyer beware of refurbished models, and I also learned from my mistakes of leaving my bluetooth in the car when it's very hot or cold and overcharging. These can dramatically affect performance and reduce the battery life. I just take it with me now and keep it in my pocket. This way it's easier to fall out and get lost so I have a reason to upgrade.

Motorola Micro SKN6258 Adapter RAZR2

I've used a lot of different bluetooth headsets. I have had a bad habit of losing them (they're so small). I had been a devout user of the Motorola H17 for the past two years. In price to performance I thought it was the best bang for your buck. Recently though, I've had a hard time finding quality replacements and not refurbishments with crappy battery life. So, after ordering replacement after replacement and several returns I decided to try out the newer Motorola H730 due to the good reviews. Thankfully, I have not been disappointed.

Design/Comfort: 8/10
+ The H730 is a little large, heavier, and thus more conspicuous than the H17, but it's not as large or heavy as many of the Plantronics Voyager models I've used. Unlike the H17, the hook for the H730 fits comfortably around the ear and the device feels very snug. The speaker does not protrude and lies flat against your ear, but because it's made of plastic and there aren't any custom fitted gel pads for the device it can get uncomfortable at times during long rides (no worse than many over the ear headphones). Both, the H730 and H17 use a flip boom design to turn on the device and I'm big fan of that. Since, the H730 is noticeably larger than the H17 flipping the boom on the H730 to answer a call sometimes requires you to push the device slightly away from your face to open. It's not as seamless as it was using the H17 because the boom is longer. Either way, if you haven't used a flip boom headset before I think you'd prefer it.

Use: 9/10

+ Both, the H730 and H17 use a voice prompt notification system. It removes the guesswork and frustration of having to count blinking lights, beeps, or gauge whatever offish color the OEM uses to indicate the battery level. It tells you the level and which phone is connected whenever you flip the boom to turn on the device. It can get annoying at times if you're walking just outside the range for the connection and it keeps talking over and over. I've had this happen when paired with two devices that conflicted with each other. The range on the device is very good and in the top tier of BT headsets I've used. I easily achieve a range of about 20 feet in most circumstances. It can be more or less dependent on other external factors.

+ Noise cancellation is good, but not as good as it was for H17 because of the dual mic placement. I've rode with the down on the highway and once I rode with the top down inside a convertible going about 40MPH on non-windy day and I was still able to be understood using the H17. The H730 doesn't work as well with the windows rolled down if the wind is blowing too hard from a certain direction going 25MPH. The H730 doesn't do as good of a job blocking background noise, but it's still far better than those without any noise cancellation.

Otterbox Defender for Samsung Galaxy S3 - Boom Purple

This Defender is the case and holster combination. Although the Galaxy S3 is already a fairly large smartphone, the Defender adds some additional bulk to the phone. My co-workers exclaimed that the S3 was already too big and they refused to consider the Otterbox Defender. However, I have fairly large hands and felt that if Samsung desired it, the S3 could be about half an inch larger in the screen and it would still fit my hand perfectly.

The Defender uses a polycarbonate chassis to secure the phone, and then a silicone wrap covers the chassis. The silicone is actually a very smooth surface that is not tacky/sticky so dust doesn't get attracted to the material. There are 2 flaps that cover the headphone port and USB port, but this is not a waterproof case.

The volume button is harder to use with the Defender, but the power button is not that bad. There is a 1/8" thick ledge that surrounds the screen for added impact protection, but this ledge also makes it harder to use the home button.

The dark purple silicone wrap and the lighter purple chassis looks high quality in person.

The built-in screen protector is not anti-glare, but it covers all of the S3's display leaving 2 holes for the home button, and the front facing camera, earpiece, and other visual sensors. I have heard rumors that grit/dirt trapped under the protector will scratch up the display. The glare isn't very bad, although it will be present.

Most docks won't work with the Defender, but I haven't had an issue with the USB charging cable. It even works with my universal smartphone car mount. The holster is very well made with a solid chassis and positively-clicking swivel. I don't like the kickstand design, it feels kind of flimsy but comes in handy. I think I impressed a co-worker when her dock could only keep her S3 mode upright, while my holster kickstand could allow the phone to be charged in landscape mode while I watched a movie.

With the holster on my belt, the S3 and Otterbox Defender feel HUGE. It can be cumbersome to wear and use, it feels like I am calling in an airstrike whenever I use the phone. But like I said before, my hands are large enough to grip the phone and use it one-handed without any problems. I normally wear size Large gloves (Mechanix, Alpinestars GP Pro motorcycle racing gloves) although Medium fits just as well.

Overall: 5/5 stars, outstanding craftsmanship, great reputation for customer service, probably the BEST holster/case combination for any smartphone. I would have bought one for my Droid2 if they made the Defender holster combo for that phone. If you have a Samsung Galaxy S3, I seriously recommend considering the Otterbox Defender. For the ladies that can toss the S3 in a purse, the Commuter or Incipio is probably a much better alternative. For the guys that use holsters, look no farther than the Otterbox Defender.

1700mAh Batteries Incredible Anker Multi purpose

Excellent product, I let one battery run in my phone while the other charged, when it died I swapped them out and did the same for a whole weekend. I am happy to say they last with everything running and I have a Rooted HTC Evo with 4 Roms running on a partitioned card, Bluetooth, GPS, 3 email programs with 30 second updates and after a week of running them dry and recharge they last all day. One battery will last on a normal work day using games and I forgot to include Facebook I get 13 hours.
I love that it charges all batteries and is both plug into the outlet, USB in or out so you can constantly charge but you won't need to, you now have 3 batteries. 1 piece of crap made to run a trickle charge so you need more accessories, and 2 that work excellent for half the price of one new or an additional charger. It shuts down when the battery is charged so you don't have to worry about over charging and losing battery life. I have a carry charger that you connect to the phone that makes it so you can take that last picture at Disneyland before it dies but that was $50.
Excellent product, better than any provider offers or the piece of crap that comes with the phone.

I have an iPad for which I was continuously cleaning smears from fingerprints on the touch-screen --- use of a stylus, instead of your finger, will reduce this problem. I added this purchase as a whim to another larger order from Amazon ... though the price was so low, I had low expectations - my friends said they paid much more for just a single stylus. Product ships from Hong Kong, so delivery takes a few days. Upon delivery, I was pleasantly surprised at how well made the product was --- the tip is the right size for working for the iPad, the foam tip is firm, and most important --- it works well on the iPad. Stylus is somewhat shorter in length than a normal pen/pencil ... but I like it because it makes it easier to carry in pockets, etc. ... and the length is still sufficient that it is easy to use. Best of all, since each stylus cost less than 50-cents, you don't worry about losing or misplacing them! I stick a few in my jacket pockets, briefcase, etc. so that I always can find one when I need it. I recommend this product to my friends as a outstanding buy!

As the previous owner of the Galaxy S3, which up until recently was what many say was the best phone on the market, the HTC One makes all other phones seem outdated. If you are a avid news reader, sports fanatic, or social networker then the Blinkfeed home screen is for you. While many may find the Blinkfeed home screen a drawback because of not being able to remove it, it is very useful to have all of your updates for news, game scores, and social networks in one easily accessible place. The camera is by far the best camera in any phone I have owned. The front camera is incredible. Ever picture I have taken so far has been flawless. The speakers are loud and exactly what was described in the previews of this phone. If you have trouble hearing an alarm in the morning, this phone will definitely wake you up. This phone is available in 32gb and 64gb, if you use a lot of apps and put a lot of media in the phone,I recommend the 64gb. The HTC Sense Remote is my favorite feature on this phone. The set up takes only a few seconds and it works much better than my actual tv remote. The battery has lasted me two days without charge already. I constantly use the internet and text on this phone, with my Galaxy S3, the battery would die in a few hours. This phone is perfect for anyone on the go.

Can't recommend this enough! Knowing I had a cross-country plane flight from GA to CA and a 10 hour, one-way bus ride to DC from GA chaperoning a field trip during the past month, I purchased this power station in preparation for my trips. Worth every dime. I used it continually on a 4+ hour plane flight to charge Droid Razr and Kindle Fire. Both were maxed out at full charges and used throughout the trip on inflight wi-fi and the charger still had days worth of juice to burn. Did the same during the day-long bus ride to DC. Again, both devices kept fully charged. Was on foot for hours a day, multiple days in DC walking the Mall, WH, Smithsonian museums, etc. constantly taking pics, video, texting pics, using the network on my Razr. Kept the unit in my back pocket or inside coat pocket to touch up my battery when needed. Again, worked like a charm. Personally, I don't think it's too heavy or cumbersome as some describe. It charges my phone as quickly as plugging it directly into the wall. While everyone on the bus trip was queuing up to charge their phones on the two outlets at the front of the bus, I could happily relax with fully charged devices. By the end of the trip, everyone wanted to know the name of the unit so they could buy one.
