SquareTrade 2 Year Accident Protection Prepaid
I have been a customer of Square Trade Customer since 1999, the year the company launched as an escrow agent for eBay transactions. I followed them through their business maturation process as they became a product warranty company. I have purchased warranties ranging from appliances to electronics and have yet to regret any business I have conducted with Square Trade. Recently I fell on some ice and my smart phone crashed with me. I was unaware of any damage until a few weeks later when it was obvious that some water had entered the charging connection and caused corrosion. Not only did Square allow me to replace the phone they made the purchase on another warranty very easy. No argument ... no issues .... no time lapse ... and real people who care. Not sure "Customer Service" has a better definition. I will continue to refer friends and family to Square Trade.

I have Square trade warranties on most all of my expensive electronics and even a kitchen appliance. They are very inexpensive for the insurance you are getting. Unfortunately, I had to use one of my warranties, and it more than paid for all the other warranties combined. Communication was quick and easy, and the payout was almost immediate after my product was shipped back.

BalasHapusA much better warranty than offered by Verizon plus value of phone given back to me after my contract expires. Warranty was $99 for 2 years. Needed to file claim when phone screen cracked, the representataive from Square Trade contacted me immediately and was friendly and extremely helpful. He offered me several options I could choose to replace my phone. They made the replacement of my phone a quick and easy procedure. Would recommend this warranty highly.

BalasHapusI purchased a cell phone and bought a Square Trade Warranty for it. I hoped it would work if I ever had a problem. Well, after I had the phone for a few months it started acting up and nothing I tried to solve the problem worked. (It was an issue with the connection to the power cord.) I went to the Square Trade website, filled out the forms, and sent them a copy of the receipt. The next day I had an email telling me to send the phone back, along with a prepaid shipping label. They told me that within three days of them receiving my phone back I would have the full purchase price refunded to me. They did exactly as they said and I couldn't be happier. I added a new warranty from Square Trade to the replacement phone because this is how a warranty should work! Easy, and hassle free. Love this company! Five Stars for Square Trade.
BalasHapusWhen I purchased this warranty, I was skeptical, and I thought it was another warranty that would never be used or would have some stipulation refusing to pay out. I was shocked. Squaretrade paid for my phone in full, send money to me within three days of my claim. If given the chance to purchase this warranty with another product, I won't think twice. I would definitely recommend this to any and everyone.
