1700mAh Batteries Incredible Anker Multi purpose
Excellent product, I let one battery run in my phone while the other charged, when it died I swapped them out and did the same for a whole weekend. I am happy to say they last with everything running and I have a Rooted HTC Evo with 4 Roms running on a partitioned card, Bluetooth, GPS, 3 email programs with 30 second updates and after a week of running them dry and recharge they last all day. One battery will last on a normal work day using games and I forgot to include Facebook I get 13 hours.
I love that it charges all batteries and is both plug into the outlet, USB in or out so you can constantly charge but you won't need to, you now have 3 batteries. 1 piece of crap made to run a trickle charge so you need more accessories, and 2 that work excellent for half the price of one new or an additional charger. It shuts down when the battery is charged so you don't have to worry about over charging and losing battery life. I have a carry charger that you connect to the phone that makes it so you can take that last picture at Disneyland before it dies but that was $50.
Excellent product, better than any provider offers or the piece of crap that comes with the phone.
100% recommended especially if you are an outside sales rep who needs constant contact and not lose business because you missed that important call.
Anker 2 x 1700mAh Li-ion Batteries for Sprint HTC EVO 4G, EVO Shift 4G, Droid Incredible; HTC Touch Pro2, Touch Pro 2, Snap; Fits A9292 + Free Anker Multi-purpose USB Travel Charger
The batteries are much more enduring than the one that came with the HTC EVO shift. With the original battery, I had to charge daily, but now, using the extended-life batteries, the phone lasts about 2 days without needing charge.
BalasHapusI bought these batteries for my Droid Incredible. I am very impressed. I use CyanMod 7 on my phone which allows me to fully use Juice Defender. After 36 hours of moderate use, my phone sits at 40%. No way that happens with the 1300mAh stock battery. And I am only through my 2nd charging cycle so the batteries have not reached full power yet. The charger is both wall and USB. The description leads you to believe it's USB only. It takes about 3.5 hours to charge the battery. If you buy these for the Incredible, use the batteries shipped charger. This way you won't have to bump charge them like you would on the phone charger. They also operate much cooler then the stock battery. About 5c cooler.
BalasHapusI received my batteries a few days ago for my HTC Evo 4G running MikFroyo 2.15. By now, everyone knows that the HTC Android phones are battery hogs, which of course is a trade off for the the outstanding technology. Anyway, I upgraded to the 1900 batteries from the 1500 stock and so far so good. Both batteries arrived with about a 60% charge and it didn't take long to get to 100% after the initial discharge to around 10%. On my first full day, I was able to get about 15 hours with moderate to heavy usage. I will be able to provide better stats over the next few weeks and will update as appropriate. Bottom line, you can't go wrong to buy these batteries (x2) at this price point.
BalasHapusI read the conflicting reviews here and I was very skeptical. I have a custom Rom on my EVO 4 made by Team Nocturnal. I got this battery a couple of weeks ago and charged it according to the instructions, letting it go completely dead. Right now I am going on 30 plus hours on a single charge. This is a very good battery. Unlike some of theother postings, I have zero fit problems, my cover is perfectly closed and the amount of time I can use this battery is better than when the phone was new. Highly, highly reccommend this battery. I was lucky to get 6 hours out of my stock battery. If some fairness, I was using my phone as a htospot for the whole summer, and I think it killed my HTC battery. But I am now getting longer use out of this battery than I ever got from the stock battery.

Anker 2 x 1700mAh Li-ion Batteries for Sprint HTC EVO 4G, EVO Shift 4G, Droid Incredible; HTC Touch Pro2, Touch Pro 2, Snap; Fits A9292 + Free Anker Multi-purpose USB Travel Charger
Bought batteries for my wife's HTC Evo. I bought these batteries because they are bigger energy wise than her original battery, yet not physically bigger. Therefore, she was able to keep her old case. Everything is working great so far. The new batteries are lasting longer than her old one.
BalasHapusI have the evo 4g. The shipping was fast and I just got the battery yesterday. I can't speak for how this extended battery holds up.... All I can say is if you want a real extended battery then get the seido 3500. That thing is amazing but after a few months I was getting tired of the weight so I put my stock battery back in. I had my evo a year so I am guessing the stock battery got weaker over time and I didn't even notice until it got real bad. I would charge it at 100 percent and it would drop to 80 percent in an hour of standby mode with nothing running in the background. I wanted the slim beautiful evo and knew I needed a new battery. This anker battery seems to answer my needs. I charged it out of the box in my phone. I am now down to 90 percent after a quick phone call and lots of screen use. This anker battery may have just brought my phone back to when it was when I first bought it.
BalasHapusI can't honestly say that it is more powerful than the stock battery... I have no idea. But it is at least a great replacement. Only time will tell how this anker battery will hold up. I figure for everyday use I can keep the phone slim with the anker battery. After all, my phone sits at my desk all day and this battery will get me 12 hours of light use. But when I take a trip and can't worry about finding plugs in the airport and want to play games on the plane I will switch over to the seido 3500 because that battery simply can not be killed.
Let me say this to all you android users.... I am still in love with my evo. Sprint is going to carry the iPhone and I thought about making the switch. I decided against it. The iPhone is a baby's toy. An android is for grown ups. They don't lock your device down and they are not as controlling with their apps. Just recently I needed a droid app that was no longer available in the market. I was able to download the actual app from the developers website and with one click I was able to install it on my phone. Absolutely amazing! Half the apps I like in the droid market are not available on my iPad because apple won't allow it. I say to apple they can keep their locked down devices and throw them in the river. My evo is literally a hand held computer. That iPhone is nowhere near the machine as my evo. The only advantage iPhone has is battery life. But that is where the folks from anker come in handy. At least we can replace our battery.... I don't think you can with an iPhone.
UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has been a couple days of using it now. DEFINITELY better than my 1 year old stock battery. After charging this anker battery in my phone it literally stays at 100% when unplugged. I unplugged it and came back 3 hours later and it still said 100%. My old battery would just start losing power from the moment you unplug it from the charger. Just so you know, I have no apps running in the background and my email fetches only when I open my inbox. So my phone won't do anything unless I tell it to. With this battery I left the phone turned on with 81% power at night and still have 81% in the morning when I woke up. I honestly can't tell if this battery really has a higher capacity.... but it is certainly a strong battery that holds its charge. It is worth the money. If you are thinking about a large extended battery with a different back door, I urge you to try this battery first.
This has to be one of the best buys I have ever made for my Droid Incredible. You get two high capacity 1700mAh batteries and an innovative universal charger that will work for almost any cell phone battery all for less than some batteries I have purchased in the past!
BalasHapusThank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
I don't review items often, but I have to with these batteries. They are a MUST have for the HTC Evo. I literally just switched out the battery after 25 hours of use. With heavy usage (IE. using the internet, listening to music etc) I've gotten 11 - 13 hours, and today with moderate / normal use I got 25 hours and 2 minutes of use. The charger does take quite some time to fully charge the battery, however, the fact that you can charge your secondary battery while using the phone untethered is handy.
BalasHapusPros:
Fits the standard back so you don't have to buy a new case.
Battery life is outstandingly increased.
External charger for the secondary battery.
Cons:
Wall charger takes a while to fully charge the battery. (moot in my opinion)
Tips: After you get the batteries, use each one until it is fully drained. Before using either, charge them to full. Do this at least 4 to 5 times per battery and you should "train" your batteries to peak performance.
